Job Title: HR Systems Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR Systems Manager to join our team at Healthstandards. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of HR processes in our HR information system, including accurate and timely management of data entry for new hires, changes, departures, etc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the implementation and administration of all HR information system modules in collaboration with relevant parties in the HR team and other business units.
  • Manage the configuration, maintenance, and operation of HR information system modules in support of HR programs and priorities.
  • Identify and act on opportunities to improve data integrity, system functionality, and user adoption.
  • Ensure appropriate system controls are in place to meet compliance and best practices.
  • Lead and develop direct reports to drive performance and engagement while role modeling HSO values.
Requirements:
  • University Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Completion of a professional designation is an asset.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and develop teams.
  • Advanced reporting software knowledge such as Ceridian (Dayforce & Powerpay), SAP (SuccessFactor), ADP Workforce, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word), and Google Suite.
