About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Collage HR. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Capture systems from various sources (videos, interviews, screenshots) and transform them into clear, actionable documentation
  • Ensure all documentation is user-friendly, consistent, and of high quality, tailored to the appropriate audience
  • Support internal and external users in understanding and utilizing tools related to system documentation and implementation
  • Collaborate with project management tools to link processes with corresponding tasks and ensure seamless integration of documentation with operations
  • Provide guidance and support to business on regulatory policies and procedures; ensure internal compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Technical Writing, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in project management
  • Technical Skills
  • Proficient in using documentation, project management, and collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, SystemHUB, Asana, Microsoft Office)
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and tools
  • Strong visual communication skills, with the ability to create easy-to-understand process diagrams, guides, and videos
