Responsibilities
The Special Orders Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and shipping all service and non-production parts to ensure 100% customer on-time delivery. This includes communicating with other departments regarding inventory needed and/or part issues, packing shipments to customer specifications, and creating Bills of Lading and customs paperwork.
Key Requirements
- Minimum Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent
- College/University degree preferred but not required
- Excellent organization, planning, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Valid Drivers' License and Forklift License (or willingness to obtain)
