We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Manager to join our team at Wild Wing Ingersoll. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, including food preparation and presentation
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and manage ordering of supplies
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Train and develop staff to improve performance and productivity
  • Monitor sales and revenue, and make recommendations to management to improve profitability

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service.
