Bakery Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Operations Manager to join our team at Patel Family And Associate Business LTD.
Key Responsibilities- Recipe Development and Execution
Develop and implement recipes for a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, and cakes, ensuring consistency and quality.
Production Planning and SchedulingPlan and schedule production to meet customer demand, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
Team Leadership and TrainingLead and train a team of bakers and production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality products and excellent customer service.
Quality Control and AssuranceImplement and maintain quality control processes to ensure products meet established standards, and identify areas for improvement.
Inventory Management and OrderingManage inventory levels, ordering supplies and ingredients as needed, to ensure efficient production and minimize waste.
Requirements- Education and Experience
2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a bakery or production environment, with a focus on operations management.
Language and Work EnvironmentFluency in English, with the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Work Schedule and Hours32 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts as needed.
