We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Bakery Manager to join our team at Patel Family And Associate Business LTD.

Key Responsibilities

  • Merchandise Procurement: Source and procure high-quality merchandise for resale, ensuring timely delivery and optimal pricing.

  • Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to optimize profitability.
  • Staffing Requirements: Determine staffing needs and make recommendations to ensure adequate coverage during peak periods.
  • Issue Resolution: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise, providing prompt and effective solutions.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily bakery operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
