We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our Information Technology team at NPC/Sandman Hotel Group. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and assistance to employees and stakeholders
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Develop and implement technical solutions to improve system performance and efficiency
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure seamless system operation
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP diploma in a related field
  • Experience in technical support and IT infrastructure
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
