Job Title: Technical Support Specialist - Information Technology

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at NPC/Sandman Hotel Group. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and assistance to employees and customers via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computer systems, networks, and software.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software.
  • Develop and implement technical solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of technical systems and processes.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on the use of technical systems and software.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technical trends and advancements in the field.
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP diploma in a related field.
  • Experience in a technical support role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
