Job Overview:
TD is one of the world's leading global financial institutions, and we're committed to providing legendary customer experiences. As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll play a critical role in managing and delivering business analysis activities on complex projects for Enterprise Payments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end business requirements throughout the project lifecycle, collaborating with stakeholders from lines of business, technology, operations, and governance & control.
  • Proactively identify and manage requirement risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and constraints.
  • Contribute to Change Management deliverables to ensure readiness of customers, colleagues, and cross-functional stakeholder groups.
  • Apply various business analysis tools and techniques to solicit requirements and align with business and Enterprise Payments' needs and strategies.
  • Adhere to Enterprise Project Management governance and controls to ensure requirement deliverables meet best practices and standards.
  • Collaborate with technology partners, providing recommendations towards system requirements and design to ensure alignment with business requirements.
  • Contribute to Quality Assurance activities by supporting development of test strategies, test plans, and test scenarios.

Requirements:
  • Advanced knowledge of business analysis, project delivery practices, and standards across the project life-cycle.
  • Proven experience in successful requirements delivery for large, complex, multi-stakeholder programs/projects.
  • Strong leadership with a demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with all levels.
  • Strong verbal/written communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills, adapting style and technique to a diverse audience.
  • 4-5 years of experience in business analysis (BA accreditation is an asset).

Salary: The estimated salary for this position is between $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
