Job Description:

Rubicon Path is seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Business Analyst Lead to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading business analysis efforts on large-scale, complex projects, ensuring that business needs are met on time, within scope, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead business analysis activities, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and feasibility studies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define clear, actionable business requirements and translate them into project deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business cases, requirements specifications, and process workflows.
  • Facilitate discussions between stakeholders and technical staff to ensure alignment of business objectives and technical solutions.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts to ensure smooth project delivery.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in a digital transformation context.
  • Proven experience working in Agile environments, managing product backlogs, and ensuring delivery of business solutions.
  • Digital transformation experience, enabling organizations to enhance their processes and technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including requirements gathering and process mapping.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both business clients and technical teams.
