Job Description

Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) is seeking an experienced Transformation Strategy Director to join its Digital Transformation and Business Architecture team. In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping the bank's transformation roadmap through strategic planning and execution.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute transformation strategies that drive business growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet client needs
  • Provide thought leadership on key technologies, competitive landscapes, and capital markets trends
  • Liaise with stakeholders to communicate vision, progress, and achievements

About You:

  • You have a strong background in financial services and experience in strategic planning, digital transformation, and business architecture
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders
  • You are a results-oriented individual with a passion for innovation and customer-centricity
  • You have a bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of experience in the industry
