This salary estimate is based on industry standards for a senior leadership position in the Las Vegas area.

Job DescriptionGeneral Manager Job Summary

The General Manager is the most senior leader at ADI NA, responsible for business operations across sourcing, manufacturing, marketing, sales, accounting, customer relations, and service support. This role requires strategic leadership, creation of annual operating plans, process improvements, and collaboration with shared services groups.

  • Develop and execute multi-year sales funnels, manufacturing slot planning, capacity assessments, operational standards, and facilities management.
  • Analyze performance and productivity to ensure effective schedule attainment, delivery, and business plans are maintained.
  • Cultivate relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to establish efficient supply management and procurement practices.
Responsibilities
  • Manage P&L and balance sheet, driving top-line and bottom-line results, sales, profitability, working capital, cash flow, and business goals.
  • Oversee departments and teams within ADI, fostering relationships between teams and customers. Collaborate with ADL departments in the UK and directly with customers for sales, business development, and field service needs.
  • Lead coordination of external manufacturing partners to meet quality and delivery expectations, achieving business commitments and sales requirements.
  • Formulate operations initiatives and standards for safety, quality, cost control, and employee relations.
  • Review the business climate to ensure excellent performance and customer service, participating in new business development opportunities.
