We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team and lead the day-to-day operations of our line assembly departments. As an Operations Director, you will be responsible for directing and coordinating the activities of our production teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality buses to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and implement processes to improve productivity, quality, and safety within the line assembly departments
  • Develop and manage departmental budgets to achieve financial targets and goals
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve exceptional results
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Plant Managers, Superintendents, and Cell Leaders
  • Collaborate with external partners and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as operations management or business administration
  • At least 10 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Proven track record of success in leading teams and achieving goals
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders
