Job Title: Benefits Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Benefits Consultant to join our team at Selectpath Benefits & Financial Inc. As a Benefits Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing expert advice and support to our clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage group benefits products and provide data, reporting, and analysis to support business decisions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with the Practice Advisor and Benefits Associates to enhance the client experience
  • Manage various administrative tasks, including drafting client correspondence and maintaining files
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance
Requirements:
  • Working knowledge of group benefits and pension plans
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM systems
  • Advanced knowledge and application of MS suite of products
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service
