Benefits Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Benefits Consultant to join our team at Selectpath Benefits and Financial Inc. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing expert support to our clients and Practice Advisors.
Key Responsibilities- Manage data, reporting, and analysis related to group benefits products to enhance the client experience.
- Draft Advisor client correspondence, maintain files, and update the database.
- Provide administrative support to the Practice Advisor and clients.
- Work closely with Benefits Associates and Advisors to achieve short and long-term goals.
- Working knowledge of Group Benefits is an asset.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with Goldmine or CRM systems is advantageous.
- Advanced knowledge and application of MS suite of products (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Team player with a commitment to internal customer support.
