Benefits Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Benefits Consultant to join our team at Selectpath Benefits and Financial Inc. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing expert support to our clients and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Manage data, reporting, and analysis related to group benefits products to enhance the client experience.
- Provide administrative support to the Practice Advisor and clients, including drafting correspondence and maintaining files.
- Update the database and perform various administrative tasks to ensure seamless operations.
- Utilize advanced knowledge of MS Office and experience with Goldmine or CRM systems to drive efficiency and productivity.
- Working knowledge of Group Benefits is an asset.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with Goldmine or CRM systems is advantageous.
- Team player with a commitment to internal customer support.
