At Selectpath Benefits & Financial Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Benefits Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing expert support to our clients and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage data, reporting, and analysis related to group benefits products to enhance the client experience.
- Provide administrative support to the Practice Advisor and clients, including drafting correspondence, maintaining files, and updating the database.
- Work closely with Benefits Associates and Advisors to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Develop and maintain working knowledge of Group Benefits and proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with Goldmine or CRM systems.
- Contribute to a team environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion, and is committed to providing accommodation upon request for applicants and employees with disabilities.
