About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing daily processing activities for complex and advanced reconciliations, ensuring data is complete and accurate. They will also identify patterns where manual matching is occurring and develop ideas to build automation rules. Additionally, they will identify risk and follow up on aged and high-value breaks, escalating issues as necessary to ensure prompt resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily processing activities for complex and advanced reconciliations
  • Identify patterns where manual matching is occurring and develop ideas to build automation rules
  • Identify risk and follow up on aged and high-value breaks
  • Escalate processing issues as necessary to ensure prompt resolution
  • Work with project teams to develop, maintain, and test reconciliation between multiple sources of data
  • Adhere to Service Level Agreements and internal service delivery standards
  • Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, mitigate risks, and support process improvement initiatives
