Job Title: Senior QA Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Specialist to join our team at Randstad Canada. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for leading manual testing and data reconciliation activities for large, complex business-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and expected results for complex business systems
  • Provide advice on testing strategy, test plans, and resource allocation
  • Organize and execute testing efforts for large systems in GUI and non-GUI environments
  • Work with project teams to analyze, design, develop, and implement required systems
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in leading and executing manual testing activities and data reconciliation for large, complex business-critical systems
  • Excellent working knowledge of workflow, portfolio management, and testing custom implementations
  • Experience in accessibility testing and alignment to AODA (WCAG 2.0 AA) standards
