Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team in driving growth and revenue. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.

The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales performance, and building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to take on a leadership role and make a significant impact on our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure team members reach their full potential
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, understanding their needs and delivering solutions that meet their requirements
  • Manage sales performance, tracking key metrics and making data-driven decisions to optimize sales strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of sales strategies, market trends, and customer needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales strategies
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to coach and develop team members

Salary Range: $130,000-$194,000

Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: $80,000-120,000

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
