Quanta Canada Renewables is a leading provider of renewable energy solutions, dedicated to delivering high-quality projects that meet the needs of our clients. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead the development of our utility-scale renewable energy projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of project execution, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Develop and implement project management plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and suppliers, to achieve project goals.
  • Coordinate with clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met, and provide regular project updates and progress reports.
  • Manage and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with health and safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination among project team members, clients, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, construction, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Proficiency in project management software, including Primavera P6.
  • Strong knowledge of safety and environmental regulations, as well as quality control and quality assurance measures.
