About the Role:

  • Establish and achieve annual targets for the finance and insurance department, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead a high-performing team of financial services professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination, resulting in improved business outcomes.

  • You possess a proven track record of success in financial services, with a strong background in leadership and team management.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience.
