Field Installation Project Manager

Job Summary
The Field Installation Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of car wash installations within Ontario. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders, including customers, equipment installation teams, internal sales, and the operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance and recommendations to internal team members and customers regarding equipment selection
- Coordinate with customers, subtrades, and vendors on pre-planning, layout, and scheduling for car wash projects
- Use internal software systems to manage projects and ensure timely completion
- Supervise service technicians and provide on-site support for service and warranty issues
- Produce and maintain project schedules and progress updates as required
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective project management and ROI
Requirements
- 3 years of direct experience in field, construction, or mechanical project management
- Experience in the car wash industry or related industries is an asset
- Preferred candidates will have a PMP Certification or other business-related diploma
- Related certifications and/or licenses in related trades are an asset
Preferred Skills and Competencies
- Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of equipment layout, technical drawings, and blueprints
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to provide guidance and make sound decisions
This position is located in Cambridge, Ontario, and requires 50% travel.
