Field Installation Project Manager

Job Summary

The Field Installation Project Manager is a key role within our team, responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the installation of car wash projects in Ontario. This position requires strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to work closely with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical guidance and recommendations to internal team members and customers regarding equipment selection and installation.
  • Coordinate with customers, subtrades, and vendors to ensure successful project execution.
  • Manage project schedules, progress updates, and document control.
  • Supervise service technicians and provide on-site support for service and warranty issues.
  • Use internal software systems to manage projects and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3 years of direct experience in field, construction, or mechanical project management.
  • Experience in the car wash industry or related industries is an asset.
  • PMP Certification or working towards it is preferred.
  • Related certifications and/or licenses in related trades are an asset.

Preferred Skills and Competencies

  • Strong mechanical aptitude, including knowledge of equipment layout, technical drawings, and blueprints.
  • Ability to assemble, align, rig, lift, weld, and test car wash systems.
  • Understanding of electrical theory and function, including low voltage control systems.
  • Effective project management skills, including communication, coordination, and prioritization.

This role is located in Cambridge, Ontario, and requires 50% travel. We offer a hybrid work arrangement and a competitive compensation package.
