Senior Customer Account Specialist
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Customer Account Specialist to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between the Sales team, suppliers, and customers, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of any issues that may arise.
- Responsible for all order entry in our enterprise resource planning system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Responsible for sending sales orders and purchase orders, as well as creating and submitting new item master data.
- Responsible for issuing and sending credit and debit notes, and maintaining accurate internal records.
- Oversee the entire process from the time a sale is made, until final delivery, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Monitor customer shipments via reports and external platforms, and proactively address any supply chain issues that may arise.
- Build and maintain business relationships with customers by providing prompt and accurate service, promoting customer loyalty and retention.
- Manage customers with high demand levels, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate with internal departments, service providers, and suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries and high-quality service.
- Troubleshoot customer questions, concerns, or complaints, and involve necessary parties to resolve issues efficiently.
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, internal teams, and external partners.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Experience in customer service, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service and building strong customer relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork.
