Customer Service Specialist

About the Role:
The Specialist, Customer Relations Centre will be a key member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This role will involve interacting with customers via phone to address their inquiries and resolve any issues related to our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide effective customer service in response to inquiries on Dynamic Funds products and services.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
- Analyze customer accounts and determine appropriate follow-up actions to meet their needs.
- Exceed performance standards set by the department in an inbound call-center environment.
- Maintain familiarity with policies and procedures of the department and the Centres of Excellence.

Requirements:
- University degree in Finance or related studies.
- Knowledge of MS Office and industry databases.
- CSC/ IFIC certification is an asset.
- Ability to work independently and cooperatively as a team.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills in English and French.
Working Hours:
January 1st to April 30th - Monday to Friday 8am-8pm
May 1st to December 31st - Monday to Thursday 8am-8pm and Friday 8am-6pm.
Language Requirements:
The selected individual must be able to communicate in English, in addition to French, as they will closely collaborate with other corporate groups primarily working in English.
