About the Role:

The Specialist, Customer Relations Centre will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service to Dynamic Funds clients. This includes interacting with customers via phone to address inquiries and resolve issues related to accounts and transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Analyze customer accounts and determine appropriate follow-up actions to resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer inquiries.
  • Strive to exceed performance standards in an inbound call centre environment.
  • Maintain knowledge of Dynamic Funds products and services, as well as policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Finance or related field (strong asset).
  • Knowledge of MS Office and industry databases (i.e. iFastTM).
  • CSC/ IFIC certification is a definite asset.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team.
