Job OverviewAs an Enterprise Sales Professional at Arch Staffing, you will have the opportunity to control your career growth. Your primary responsibilities include identifying, prospecting, and securing new customers in the freight brokerage and third-party logistics industry.
Once onboarded, customers transition to our best-in-class Solutions Team, allowing you to continue finding new business opportunities and earning permanent commissions on every customer you help us partner with.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the freight brokerage and third-party logistics industry
- Prospect and secure new customers through various tools and methods, with support from the entire organization
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and partners
- Collaborate with the Solutions Team to ensure seamless customer onboarding and ongoing support
Must-Haves:
- Proven sales experience in a related industry
- Strong understanding of the freight brokerage and third-party logistics industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Previous experience in enterprise sales or account management
