Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Executive Chef - Kitchen Manager to join our team at Three Brothers Food Service Inc. as a key member of our culinary operations.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety, and leading a team of culinary professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Chef Management: Lead and manage a team of chefs, coordinating menu planning, food preparation, and presentation to exceed customer expectations.
  • Kitchen Operations: Oversee daily kitchen operations, including inventory management, supply ordering, and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to design and implement new menu items, ensuring they meet our high standards of taste, nutrition, and presentation.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment at all times.
  • Staff Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and coaching to our culinary staff, promoting their skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service.

Salary
