Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Executive, Client Solutions to join our team at On Side Restoration. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing opportunities to expand our client base, building strong relationships, and providing critical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets within the Commercial, Multi-Residential, Institutional (ICI), and Healthcare segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure exceptional client experiences.
  • Provide critical support to clients during times of need, whether it's fire, floods, or biohazards.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a consultative sales environment, preferably in restoration or construction.
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Management, Engineering, or a combination of relevant experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Solid understanding of customer decision-making processes and how to influence them.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and self-driven with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong ethical standards and professionalism in all business dealings.
  • Responsive, resourceful, and solution-oriented.
  • Adaptable and flexible, able to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Flexible Scheduling/Availability for local and out-of-town travel.
  • Valid Driver's license and satisfactory driver's abstract record.
