Job Summary

As a Solutions Support Specialist at DIRTT Environmental Solutions Ltd., you will be part of a team passionate about delivering high-quality service and acting as a trusted advisor to our clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build Strong Relationships: Foster and maintain strong relationships with our partners, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Innovative Solutions: Dig deeper into the 'why' behind the design to find innovative DIRTT solutions that meet our clients' requirements.
  • Support and Collaboration: Provide support on product and solutions questions, design feasibility, and layouts for potential clients and existing on-site installations. Collaborate with product development, engineering, and custom solutions groups to provide accurate information and pricing for bids.
  • Ticketing and Communication: Work within a ticketing queue with a team that responds to inquiries around DIRTT solutions via email, chat, and phone.
  • Commercial and Client Experience Initiatives: Support commercial and client experience initiatives across the organization.
  • Technical Expertise: Utilize ICE (proprietary 3D modelling software) & AutoCAD software as visual and communicational tools to develop internal product documentation related to DIRTT products and solutions.
Requirements
  • Education: Post-secondary education related to architectural technology, project management, construction management, engineering, or a relatable program is desired.
  • Ticketing Experience: Previous experience working with a ticketing system is required.
  • Customer Support: A strong client experience and customer support background, with a tenacious approach to finding and delivering quality results for our partners.
  • Teamwork and Organization: Self-motivated team player with strong organizational skills, emphasizing accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Communication: Excellent and clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Time Management: Thrives under tight deadlines, both individual and customer-driven.
