Office Coordinator

As an Office Administrator at Canada Inc., you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office services. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services. You will also be responsible for administering policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation. Additionally, you will assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls. Your excellent organizational skills and attention to detail will enable you to assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
