Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Freshest Subway Ltd is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation and portioning, to ensure efficient and effective service.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to optimize inventory levels and minimize waste.
  • Culinary Knowledge: Possess knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres and be able to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment
  • Permanent employment
  • 30 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
