Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Alvéole's Beekeeping Teams and operations in an assigned region.
- Lead your region to achieve Alvéole's goals and business objectives.
- Support alignment amongst Teams and Alvéole's mission, vision, and values.
- Recruit, train, manage, and support Team Managers to achieve their strategic objectives with their respective teams.
Requirements
- Management and/or leadership experience.
- Willingness to regularly participate in beekeeping runs & occasionally travel between Alvéole's operating cities to connect with clients & their projects.
