Regional Exploration Leader

The Regional Exploration Leader – Gold Discovery will lead a small team to originate, secure, and explore new exploration opportunities in North America with the aim of delivering new discoveries and/or resource growth projects that have the potential to become the next generation of Evolution mining assets.
This role requires a strong balance of business and technical acumen, including experience in multiple gold mineralisation styles and geological environments, such as epithermal and Archaean greenstone. The ideal candidate will also possess excellent written and oral communication skills, data analysis and interpretation abilities, and a passion for geology and exploration.
The Regional Exploration Leader – Gold Discovery will report directly to the General Manager – Exploration and be accountable for managing a regional team's exploration strategy, plans, and budgets. Additionally, they will rank, prioritize, and select exploration areas, originate new exploration partnerships, and initiate and lead technical evaluations of third-party exploration projects.
The company offers a competitive salary range of $200,000.00 to $265,000.00 per year, based on location and experience.
