The ExecThread company is seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead the overall sales strategy for the Americas region. This senior role involves working closely with Managing Directors in EMEA and APAC to drive revenue growth and success in the Americas market.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales plan, focusing on market penetration, expansion, and contributing to the global transformation initiative. Key aspects of the role include thought leadership, strategic brand recognition, and creating new sales channels.

The Executive Sales Leader will also be involved in identifying and acquiring new accounts, as well as expanding within existing ones. Regular engagement with key influencers and customers is essential, with an estimated $150,000 - $200,000 annual salary. The role requires 20% overnight travel.

To succeed in this position, applicants must be experienced enterprise software sales professionals with a proven track record in complex software deployment environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional business and sales acumen, and a growth-oriented, entrepreneurial spirit.

A proactive, hands-on approach and a hunter mentality towards sales are essential. The Executive Sales Leader will manage complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders and large contract sizes. The role is based in Vancouver and requires a significant in-office presence when not customer-facing.
