Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of roofers and other construction personnel
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines
  • Prepare and submit reports on project progress and site conditions
  • Recommend personnel actions and participate in performance evaluations
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in roofing or construction management
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Steel-toed safety boots and other personal protective equipment required
