Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Breton Family Foods. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Operate Cash Register: Accurately process transactions, handle customer payments, and maintain a clean and organized cash handling area.
- Stock Shelves and Maintain Store Appearance: Restock shelves, face merchandise, and maintain a clean and tidy store environment.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist with Store Operations: Assist with opening and closing procedures, including counting tills, reconciling sales, and maintaining store security.
- Work Collaboratively with Colleagues: Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales goals, resolve customer complaints, and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: Willingness to train and learn.
- Work Setting: Supermarket/grocery store environment.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment with regular standing, walking, and lifting.
- Personal Suitability: Team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
