About the Role:

The Sales Associate is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales results. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of Hudson's Bay, providing a personalized shopping experience that exceeds our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, providing a tailored shopping experience that includes greeting, assisting, and directing customers to merchandise.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring a positive shopping environment for customers.
  • Promote our credit and loyalty programs, achieving targets and driving sales growth.
  • Process all Point of Sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Assist in the execution of seasonal changeovers, maintenance, and restocking of departments, as per visual merchandise direction.
  • Support the preparation and execution of the annual inventory count, as required.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members, maneuver the sales floor, and meet moderate stockroom lifting and store climbing requirements.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
