Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Walmart Canada. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet all customers in a polite and friendly manner, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Transaction Processing: Process all purchase transactions efficiently and accurately, including handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
- Product Promotion: Promote company-sponsored programs, such as credit card services and product protection initiatives, to customers.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to safety and security protocols.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other sales floor team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required
- Excellent Communication Skills: Required
- Basic Math Skills: Required
- Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Required
- Previous Retail Experience: Preferred
- Basic Computer Skills: Preferred
