Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate at Breton Family Foods. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Operate Cash Register Systems: Accurately process customer transactions, handle cash, credit card payments, and operate a point-of-sale system.
- Stock and Maintain Store Displays: Restock shelves, face merchandise, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist with Store Operations: Participate in opening and closing procedures, maintain store appearance, and perform other tasks as assigned by management.
- Work Collaboratively with Colleagues: Contribute to a positive and productive team environment, communicate effectively with colleagues, and support store initiatives.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: Willingness to train and learn.
- Work Setting: Fast-paced retail environment.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a dynamic environment, lift up to 25 pounds, and stand for long periods.
- Personal Suitability: Team player, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude.
