We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as an Administration & Co-Pay Assistant.



Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing general administrative tasks, including handling mail, typing, and maintaining filing systems for the program. Additionally, they will be required to process copayment requests for patients, pharmacies, and/or physicians for programs offering copay assistance or concierge payments.



Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, the candidate must have post-secondary education in a related field and 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role in a pharmaceutical setting. They must also possess in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of applications and have proven accuracy when processing large amounts of data.
