About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate - Indigenous Community Liaison. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our First Nation, Inuit, and Métis customers, while also promoting our products and services to this community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service:
    • Provide exceptional customer service to our First Nation, Inuit, and Métis customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Assist customers with a range of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments.
    • Identify customer needs and determine solutions to customer problems, opening new accounts and selling products and services as needed.
  • Product and Service Promotion:
    • Promote our products and services to First Nation, Inuit, and Métis customers, highlighting their benefits and features.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with community leaders and organizations to promote our products and services.
  • Community Outreach:
    • Participate in community events and outreach initiatives to promote our products and services to First Nation, Inuit, and Métis communities.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with community members and organizations to promote our products and services.

Requirements:

  • Education:
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
  • Experience:
    • 1+ years of customer service experience required.
    • Experience working with Indigenous communities an asset.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent customer service skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
