Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, while also contributing to the overall success of our branch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized customer service and support to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process a variety of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist with responding to and resolving customer complaints, escalating issues as necessary to ensure a positive outcome.
  • Identify customer needs and determine solutions to their problems, opening new accounts and selling products as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma and/or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Post-secondary education in a related field is an asset.
