Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Warehouse Analyst to join our team at the Manitoba Government. As a key member of our Business Intelligence Unit, you will play a critical role in delivering valuable insights and data-driven solutions to inform strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to design and implement a data warehouse that aggregates data from various sources to support fast and efficient data analysis and reporting.
  • Work with Manitoba's central Digital and Technology Solutions (DTS) group and Justice IT to determine the best approach for data to be staged to the BIU.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive analysis and informed perspectives to optimize departmental decision-making.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in Information Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics.
  • Extensive experience in data warehouse development, management, and administration.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong project management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
