Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist to join our team at Pan Am Clinic. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate receipt, storage, and distribution of medical supplies and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fulfill orders from requisitions and maintain accurate inventory levels
  • Stock shelves, replenish stock, and perform inventory counts as required
  • Operate electric forklifts and/or high stacker equipment to load and unload pallets of supplies
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
  • Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations
Requirements
  • Previous warehouse experience required
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
  • Experience operating electric forklifts and/or high stacker equipment
  • Demonstrated customer service skills essential
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems an asset
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry and medical supplies
  • Experience with warehouse management software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a warehouse environment, lifting and moving heavy objects, and operating equipment. A high level of physical fitness and stamina is required for this role.
