Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at Pan Am Clinic. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of our warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement inventory control strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Monitor and analyze inventory levels, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory-related issues and improve overall supply chain efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of inventory levels, transactions, and other relevant data.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including those related to safety, security, and environmental sustainability.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. logistics, supply chain management) preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with SAP or other warehouse management systems.
  • Knowledge of inventory control principles and practices.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Valid forklift certification.
