We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Bambinos Pizzeria. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the kitchen team to achieve exceptional food quality and presentation.
- Develop and implement new menu items and recipes to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Manage kitchen inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize costs.
- Collaborate with the restaurant management team to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
- 2+ years of experience in a senior kitchen management role.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing kitchen teams.
