We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Duncan's Lounge Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the needs of our discerning customers.
- Lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and efficient food preparation.
- Source high-quality ingredients and manage inventory to maintain optimal kitchen operations.
- Collaborate with our events team to create customized menus for special occasions and corporate events.
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- 2+ years of experience in a senior kitchen management role.
- Proven track record of menu development and implementation.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
