Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Event Services Manager to join our team at beBee Professionals in Calgary. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of events, including conferences, meetings, and other special events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage event budgets, negotiate contracts with vendors, and ensure timely and professional execution of events.
  • Manage event staff, coordinate event logistics, and ensure all event objectives are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional event experiences.
  • Conduct site visits and vendor assessments to ensure high-quality event execution.
  • Develop and implement event marketing strategies to promote events and increase attendance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in event planning and management.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
